"Thank you to everyone for participating in the 20th anniversary Mini Minnow Meet. As you know, we cannot possibly run this meet without the generous help of our volunteer officials. I have only received names from one team so far. I understand it is tough with only the 9U swimmers attending, but we really need your help in recruiting officials for Sunday. We need 20 official's spots filled by Friday and I can send out the assignments to everyone ahead of time. There are two sessions.

Attached are the timing assignments and warm up times. Please let your parents know that gates will open at 7am. Admission is $5 cash only, heat sheets will available for only $3 at the entrance gate. NO GLASS is allowed at Brookside. There are spectator areas for parents, but they are welcome to bring chairs and tents for the swimmers. It is going to be a hot one. Shore Apparel will be selling t-shirts and sweatshirts with the new 2019 MIni MInnow logo. The Sport Spot will be selling swim suits and gear. Lollipop fish will be available for parent's to purchase and will be delivered to each coach midway through the meet as a 'sweet surprise' for the swimmers. Hot breakfast and lunch sandwiches will be made to order along with donuts, bagels, candy, chips, cookies, drinks, coffee and pizza for lunch. Heat winners will receive a 'coupon' to get a real gold fish. They will be available for pick up at 11 am. We look forward to a great meet on Sunday !
